Currently, you can select one item per section by clicking on it. The arrows on the side allow you to switch between sections.
There are four items in a section, and four sections. This section allows you to customize the avatar to the left. Under the 'STATS' header, there is the 'Avatar Items' section, where you can select cosmetic items for your avatar, and the 'Numbers' section, where you can find lifetime statistics. The avatar can be further customized with the 'Avatar Items' section, found below. The only differences between them are that the female avatar has breasts and eyelashes.
The gender can be selected at the bottom of the section, with the male and female symbols. The leftmost section is a representation of your avatar.
